We have grown significantly in recent years with the acquisition of Tarago Cheese, celebrated for its award-winning blue cheeses, expanding our footprint across the domestic market.About the RoleWe're seeking a Fulfilment and Export Coordinator to join our growing Dandenong South team.
Reporting to the Inventory Manager, you'll be responsible for accurately and efficiently fulfilling customer orders across domestic and export markets, coordinating shipping and freight, and ensuring supermarket and export customers receive complete, on-time deliveries that meet order, quality and compliance requirements.What You'll DoReceive, review and process customer orders, ensuring accuracy of products, quantities and pricingPick, pack and dispatch orders in line with customer specs, delivery windows and food safety requirementsMonitor and report on delivery-in-full, on-time (DIFOT)



performance, taking corrective action where neededCoordinate shipping, freight and transport bookings with carriers and logistics providersPrepare and manage shipping/export documentation, including consignment notes, packing lists and customs paperworkLiaise with supermarket customers and distribution centres on delivery bookings and labelling standardsSupport cold-chain integrity and correct labelling/traceability throughout picking, storage and dispatchWhat We're Looking ForExperience in order fulfilment, dispatch, warehousing or logistics, ideally within FMCG or foodFamiliarity with export documentation and processes highly regardedStrong attention to detail, communication and customer-service skillsGood working knowledge of inventory/order management systemsUnderstanding of cold-chain and food safety requirements
