Working in a team of approx.
10+ people.Fine Dining/ Upmarket ResortLunch and DinnerStarting as soon as possible for a 4 – 8 week contract.Ongoing jobs after successful completion

Solo, Senior Chef and Chef de Partie rolesA la Carte style food.Split shifts4+ week ongoing contractsContracts year round

Do you measure up?
Are you a trade qualified Chef with at least 3-5 years experience,



plus:Possess a strong work ethic and have excellent communication skillsCan produce consistent qualityHave a positive and 'can do' attitudeOwn traditional uniform and knivesHave experience in quality a la carte dining or bulk cookingHave a keen eye with high attention to detailWould like to assist with menu planning and suggestionsEnjoy the benefits of expanding your experience and knowledge.Have passion and enthusiasm to motivate not only yourself but a team as well.
