Reporting to the RegionalManager, you will provide high-quality administrative support while ensuring exceptional customer service in a quick-paced healthcare environment.Key ResponsibilitiesGreet and assist patients, visitors, and stakeholders at receptionManage incoming calls, appointments, calendars, and correspondenceSupport appointment bookingsMaintain accurate and confidential patient and administrative recordsDeliver consistently high standards of customer service to patients and staffContribute to quality improvement and accreditation requirementsParticipate in meetings and support team-based workflowsAbout YouYou will be a reliable, organised,
