About the Role
Working alongside an experienced and supportive team, you'll deliver a wide range of arboriculture services across residential, commercial and infrastructure projects throughout Ballarat and Victoria.
Your responsibilities will include:




Tree climbing and aerial pruningTree removalsGeneral arboriculture and tree maintenanceSafe operation of modern arboriculture equipmentWorking to the highest safety standardsDelivering quality outcomes for clientsWorking collaboratively as part of a professional crew
About You
We're looking for people who take pride in their work, value safety and enjoy working as part of a close-knit team.
You'll ideally have:
Experience as an Arborist and/or Tree ClimberESI certificationA minimum of 12 months' climbing experienceStrong climbing and aerial work skillsA proactive, safety-first approachExcellent communication and teamwork skillsA positive attitude and solid work ethic
