The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance services to our clients in various industries.
The Field Service Technician will be required to travel to client sites to diagnose and repair equipment, as well as provide training and support to end-users.Responsibilities:Travel to client sites to provide technical support and maintenance servicesDiagnose and repair equipment, including mechanical, electrical, and software issuesProvide training and support to end-users on equipment operation and maintenanceInstall and configure new equipment and softwareMaintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and equipment inventoryCollaborate with other team members to identify and resolve technical issuesCommunicate effectively with clients to ensure their satisfaction with our servicesQualifications:High school diploma or equivalentTechnical degree or certification in a related field2+ years of experience in a similar roleStrong mechanical and electrical skillsExperience with troubleshooting and repairing equipmentExcellent communication and customer service skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamWillingness to travel to client sites as neededWhat you'll get in returnYou will have the opportunity to work with a growing nationally recognized employer in its industry which boasts good staff culture, and a solid support network.The right candidate will have the opportunity to progress within this company.There is outstanding Opportunity to Earn (OTE) with unlimited overtime on offer to the right person!
