The hospital is a very reputable facility offering a range of other services including emergency, surgical, renal dialysis and community.The PositionThis position is a permanent role for experienced Mental Health Nurses.Provide appropriate mental health support, care, treatment and interventions to patientsObserve & assess the mental, emotional, physical needs of patients including the identification of "at risk" patients and record with appropriate and accurate documentation.Care plan and discharge planning implementationDisplay nursing skills that will be effective in alleviating patients distress which can manifest in challenging or at risk behavior.Health ServiceLocated in a beautiful seaside suburb.
