ChoiceOne Recruitment is currently seeking experienced Registered Midwives to join our growing agency team in Perth.

About the Role

As a ChoiceOne Registered Midwife, you will provide protected, evidence-based, woman-centred care across a range of maternity settings. You'll adapt confidently to different clinical environments, work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, and maintain the highest standards of professional practice.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality, woman-centred midwifery care in accordance with best practice standards
Provide care across antenatal, postnatal, birth suite and maternity services
Assess, monitor and respond appropriately to changes in maternal and neonatal condition
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
Collaborate effectively with obstetricians, paediatricians, nurses and the wider multidisciplinary team
Educate and support women and their families throughout their maternity journey
Adhere to infection prevention, clinical governance and workplace health and safety standards

About You





To be successful in this role, you will have:
Current unrestricted AHPRA registration as a Registered Midwife
Minimum of 12 months' post-graduate midwifery experience
Recent clinical experience in antenatal and postnatal care (birth suite experience highly regarded)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work autonomously while adapting quickly to new clinical environments
Sound clinical judgement and effective decision-making skills
A robust commitment to delivering safe, compassionate, woman-centred care
