JBS Australiais seeking an experiencedUKG Workforce Pro Functional Consultant to support a major workforce management transformation project on a 6-month contract.

You will act as the UKG functional expert, responsible for configuring and optimising the UKG Workforce Pro solution, ensuring it is compliant, fit-for-purpose, and aligned with business requirements.

Key Responsibilities
Lead functional configuration and administration of UKG Workforce Pro.
Partner with Payroll, Time & Attendance, and Industrial Relations SMEs to design and validate solutions.
Configure time, attendance, scheduling, accruals, and pay rules.
Ensure compliance with Awards, Enterprise Agreements, payroll legislation, and SOX requirements.
Conduct unit testing and support end-to-end testing activities.
Provide expert advice on UKG best practice and solution design.
Maintain configuration workbooks, documentation, reporting, and system procedures.
Identify process improvement opportunities and support continuous improvement initiatives.





About You
7+ years' experience implementing and supporting UKG Workforce Management solutions.
Proven end-to-end implementation experience from discovery through go-live and hypercare.
Solid expertise in timekeeping, scheduling, attendance, accruals, and workforce management.
Experience configuring UKG for Australian Awards and Enterprise Agreements.
Solid understanding of payroll legislation and industrial compliance.
Experience working with integrations such as SAP, SuccessFactors, and Boomi.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Intermediate Excel skills and experience producing system reports and data extracts.
