We are looking for a leader who will be key in:Managing the on-site training and onboarding of new team membersCoaching and developing high performing frontline team membersConducting performance reviews and mentor the team for success.Manage the cleanliness of hotel rooms, corridors, and public areas ensuring high standards.Ensuring sufficient stock of amenities and linens are available to the teamForecasting required staffing levels and rostering the team accordinglyPreparing the day ahead by allocating/assigning rooms to the Attendant team, carrying out daily briefings and assigning checklists to the Public Area staff and HousepersonsFinalising paperwork from the day, filing completed checklists,
