We're looking for an organised Payroll Administrator / Payroll Officer to join our growing team.

This role would suit someone with payroll processing, payroll administration or high-volume data entry experience who is looking to build a long-term career in payroll.

Your Responsibilities
Process weekly payroll accurately and on time
Enter and review employee timesheets
Process current employee payroll information, including bank, tax and super details
Maintain employee payroll records and documentation
Respond to payroll enquiries from employees and clients
Assist with payroll reporting and reconciliations
Support payroll compliance and record keeping




Perform general payroll administration and data entry
Assist with continuous improvement of payroll processes
About You
You'll be someone who enjoys working with numbers, is highly organised and takes pride in getting the little details right.
Previous payroll, payroll administration or accounts administration experience
Fast and accurate data entry skills
Strong attention to detail
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Confidence using Microsoft Office and payroll systems
Great communication and customer service skills
The ability to work independently while also being part of a supportive team
Experience in labour hire or high-volume payroll would be an advantage, but is not essential.
Full training will be provided on our systems and processes.
