We are partnering with a leading Government organisation delivering one of Australia's most significant infrastructure programs and are seeking a Project Administrator to provide critical support to a high-performing project team.This is an excellent opportunity to join a large-scale program environment where your coordination, administration and stakeholder management skills will contribute to the successful delivery of projects that will have a lasting impact on communities across Sydney.About the RoleReporting to project leadership, you will provide comprehensive administrative and project support to a busy team.
You will play a key role in ensuring project operations run smoothly by coordinating documentation, managing financial administration, supporting governance activities and maintaining accurate project records.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare, edit, format and coordinate project documentation including briefing notes, correspondence, reports,
presentations and submissions.Provide meeting support, including scheduling, agenda preparation, minute-taking and tracking action items.Manage diaries, coordinate team activities and support day-to-day project operations.Maintain project registers, databases, electronic records and document management systems.Administer project budgets, monitor expenditure, reconcile accounts and maintain financial records.Raise purchase orders, process invoices and support procurement activities.Liaise with contractors, suppliers and internal stakeholders regarding goods, services and project requirements.Assist with timesheet management, attendance records and other workforce administration processes.Respond to requests for information and support reporting requirements across the project team.About YouTo be successful, you will bring:Previous experience in a Project Administrator, Team Administrator, Executive Assistant, Project Support Officer or similar position.Experience supporting projects within infrastructure, construction, engineering, government or related sectors.Strong document preparation and coordination skills, with excellent attention to detail.Demonstrated experience managing competing priorities in a fast-paced workplace.Financial administration experience, including purchase orders, invoicing and budget tracking.Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.Strong proficiency across Microsoft Office Suite and document management systems.Why Apply?
