We have an exciting opportunity for an Administration Assistant to join the Centre Management team at Stockland Shellharbour on a Permanent Full time basis.
Based on site five days a week, this role is central to the smooth day‐to‐day operations of the centre, supporting both administrative and financial processes while delivering a high level of service to tenants, customers and contractors.
This is a hands‐on, fast‐paced position suited to someone who enjoys variety, thrives under pressure and brings a strong foundation in administration with a finance or accounts mindset.
A highly organised and customer‐focused Administration Assistant who can confidently manage competing priorities, support financial processes and build strong relationships with tenants and stakeholders.
What You'll Do
Working closely with the Administration Manager and Centre Team, you will:
Support monthly billing activities including utilities, invoicing and invoice validation
Manage accounts receivable processes including daily receipting, reconciliations and payment allocation
Assist with debtor management, including proactive follow‐up of outstanding accounts with tenants
Provide day‐to‐day administrative support to the Centre Management team
Act as a key point of contact for tenants, contractors and customers both face‐to‐face and over the phone
Maintain accurate records and manage workflows across systems including SAP
Support compliance processes including public liability insurance and incident management

You enjoy being at the centre of activity, keeping things organised and running smoothly.
You're confident working with numbers, communicating with a wide range of stakeholders and handling a busy, fast‐moving workplace where priorities can shift quickly.
Experience & Skills That Count
Previous experience in administration, ideally within retail, property or a similar environment
Exposure to accounts receivable, invoicing or reconciliation processes
Strong numerical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent organisation and ability to prioritise and multitask effectively
Confident communication skills, including a professional and resilient phone manner
Strong customer service capability and ability to build relationships with tenants and stakeholders
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; SAP experience is advantageous
