Success in this role requires solid communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationships across all areas of the bakery.What You'll Be DoingMaintaining and overseeing La Madre's Quality Assurance, HACCP, GMP and Food Safety systemsMaintaining quality documentation, specifications, records and corrective action systems to support compliance and continuous improvementLeading quality assurance activities and working closely with production teams to maintain food safety and compliance standardsPreparing for, coordinating and participating in customer, HACCP certification and regulatory auditsDelivering practical food safety and hygiene trainingWorking with production teams to improve standards and solve problems
