You will be responsible for coordinating customer service appointments, liaising with customers on estimated completion times, and confidently and accurately communicating with each customer.
You will be passionate about accuracy in every aspect of your work, and ensuring customers are provided with an exceptional experience.Previous VW brand experience will be highly regarded,
