Our work is guided by our values of transparency, reliability, flexibility and honesty, with a strong focus on participant outcomes, compliance and ethical practice.We are seeking a Full Time or Part Time Support Coordinator to join our team, working directly with NDIS participants to implement their plans, build capacity and connect with appropriate supports.
This role is suited to someone who is organised, professional and comfortable working within clear processes, timeframes and escalation pathways.About Envision Disability ServicesEnvision Disability Services is a locally run, family-owned organisation that has been supporting people with disability in our community since ****.

and quality outcomes for the people we support.About the RoleAs a Support Coordinator, you will:Assist participants to understand and implement their NDIS plansCoordinate services and supports in line with approved funding and participant goalsBuild and maintain professional relationships with participants, families, and service providersMonitor participant progress and escalat risks or concerns to the SupervisorMaintain accurate, audit-ready participant records in line with privacy and records management requirementsEnsure documentation is completed accurately and within required timeframesSupport incident and complaint reporting in accordance with legislative and organisational requirementsMonitor participant funding allocations and escalat financial risks where identifiedContribute to service improvement initiatives and participate in ongoing training and developmentWhat We're Looking ForTo be successful in this role,



you will demonstrate:Experience in Support Coordination or a comparable NDIS-facing roleStrong working knowledge of the NDIS and person-centred practiceExcellent written and verbal communication skillsHigh attention to detail and strong organisational skillsAbility to work autonomously while collaborating closely with a Supervisor and broader teamProfessional judgement, discretion, and the ability to maintain clear boundariesConfidence working within compliance frameworks and structured processesA calm, respectful approach when working with complex or high-pressure situationsMandatory RequirementsMinimum 2 years' experiencein Support Coordination or a similar NDIS-facing roleProficiency in Microsoft 365 - Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, and SharePointCurrent First Aid and CPR certificationCurrent NDIS Worker Screening ClearanceCurrent Workingwith Children CheckCurrent Queenslanddriver's licence and access to a reliable, insured vehicleWillingness to travellocally for participant and stakeholder meetingsCertificate III or higher in Disability, Community Services, or a related disciplineStrong knowledge of NDIS Practice Standards and compliance requirementsExperience working with compliance systems and participant management softwareWhat We OfferFull Time or Part Time employment in a supportive, values-driven organisationNegotiable remuneration based on experience and qualificationsOngoing career development and trainingSupportive leadership and clear role expectationsThe opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of people with disabilityNote: Applications are reviewed as received.
