As Cleaning Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of cleaning staff, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene are maintained, and implementing efficient cleaning procedures.
This role is integral to maintaining our reputation for delivering exceptional cleaning services to our valued clients.Key responsibilitiesSupervise and coordinate daily cleaning activities across assigned sites, ensuring all work is completed to company standards and client specificationsTrain, mentor and motivate cleaning staff, providing ongoing performance feedback and professional development opportunitiesMonitor inventory and manage cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels are maintained and reportedConduct regular quality inspections and audits to verify compliance with health and safety standards and cleaning protocolsManage staff scheduling and ensure adequate staffing levels are maintained to meet client requirements and service standardsCommunicate effectively with clients regarding service delivery, addressing concerns and maintaining strong working relationshipsReport on cleaning operations, including work completed, staff performance and any incidents or issues that require escalationEnsure all cleaning staff adhere to health, safety and environmental regulations, including proper use of equipment and chemicalsInvestigate and resolve complaints from clients or team members promptly and professionallyWhat we're looking forProven supervisory or team leadership experience within the cleaning services industryStrong knowledge of cleaning methods,
