while progressing toward a senior pathway.You'll work closely with experienced professionals and gain hands-on exposure to a broad client base.Your responsibilities will include:Assist in the preparation of financial statements in line with accounting standardsPrepare accurate workpapers and supporting documentationReview financial statements and management accounts for accuracyPrepare income tax returns for individuals, companies, and trustsApply tax compliance procedures and assist with tax planningSupport regulatory lodgements and ensure deadlines are metTechnical DevelopmentApply knowledge of accounting standards, legislation, and industry trendsHelp identify accounting issues and support their resolutionClient & Team ContributionDeliver reliable and timely service to clientsBuild understanding of client needs and business environmentsCollaborate with your team and contribute to a positive cultureAbout you:You're someone who has:1 + years in a similar roleStrong Communication SkillsStrong attention to detailAbility to work autonomously and as part of a teamDesirableCommenced CA/CPA (or intention to start)Life at RSM:RSM provides a great environment to build skills and confidence and we help our people achieve their best.
