Gateway Health in Wodonga is seeking expressions of interest for a temporary part time Specialist Disability Practitioner within the Child and Family Health Team.
The contract runs until 30 June ****, with 15.2 hours per fortnight (0.2 EFT).
This role is aligned with SCHADS level 5 and includes superannuation.You will collaborate with families to support children and individuals with disability, applying trauma-informed approaches and comprehensive assessments to develop tailored action plans.
