Assembly of components including soldering (PTH & SMT) and systems accurately to engineering specifications and work instructionsAssembly & testing of wire harnessesConducting functional and quality tests to ensure product meets standardsOperating hand tools, power tools and testing equipment in a protected and effective mannerFault finding - evaluate & trouble shoot broken parts, bad solder joints or incorrect wiringConfident in repair & rework if required to do so.Maintaining accurate records of build data, test results, faults and identify any non-conformancesProven knowledge of mechanical drawings and schematic interpretation.Testing systems - Run diagnostic tests on circuit boards, sub-assemblies and final productsExperience with SMT Manufacturing highly desirableStrong problem-solving skillsAble to work independently and collaboratively to achieve production targets and resolve production challengesExcellent communication, organisational skills and computer skillsHigh attention to detail and a proactive solution focused mindset.Able to talk to clients if necessaryStore work - Book in deliveries, kitting components, packing and sending goods.
