Bolton Clarke Residential group now has 88 Aged Care Homes across QLD, NSW, VIC, SA & WA, with the inclusion of the Allity, McKenzie & Acacia Living Group.About The RoleAs a Registered Nurse, you'll provide a range of clinical care and support services for our residents, assisting them to experience a greater level of independence and ensuring their health and wellness are supported.Providing and monitoring the care of residentsUsing a systematic approach to clinical decision-makingDeveloping appropriate therapeutic and caring relationshipsCollaborating with the health care team to achieve resident outcomesParticipating in the development of a supportive environment with the teamTo be successful, you will haveRelevant qualifications and AHPRA registrationMinimum of 12 months experience as a Registered Nurse (desirable in-charge)Valid working rights in Australia (Passport, Birth Certificate etc)NDIS Workers Screen and/or a National Police check (or willingness to obtain) prior to commencementAbility to communicate effectively with residents,
