The successful applicant will be involved in the fabrication, modification, repair and assembly of steel, stainless steel and aluminium components for industrial and commercial clients.Duties may include:General fabrication and weldingMIG, TIG and Stick weldingCutting, grinding,



drilling and assemblyReading and working from drawings and measurementsFabricating structural and general steelworkStainless steel and aluminium fabricationRepair and modification of existing equipment and componentsOperating workshop machinery and equipmentAssisting with installation and site-based works where requiredWorking independently and as part of a team to complete projects safely and efficientlyWe are looking for someone who takes pride in their workmanship, can problem-solve on the job and is comfortable working across a variety of fabrication projects rather than repetitive production work.Experience in metal fabrication and welding is essential, with trade qualifications highly regarded but not necessarily required for applicants who can demonstrate strong practical skills and experience.Workshop is based in Dandenong South with site work located throughout Victoria.
