This position involves a variety of tasks, including patient transportation, equipment management, mortuary duties and general support duties to enhance patient care and staff efficiency.Key responsibilities include:Patient Assistance and TransportationSafely transport patients to various departments within the hospital.Assist patients with mobility and positioning as needed.Communication and CollaborationWork closely with nursing staff, doctors, and other healthcare professionals to support patient care.Respond promptly to requests and instructions from nursing staff and management.Mortuary DutiesAssist with transfer of deceased from wardsLiaise with funeral homes and other external agenciesEmployment TypePermanent part-time and casual opportunities available.Closing Date: 11 August **** - Wodonga HospitalAbout Albury Wodonga Health (AWH)AWH serves as the largest regional healthcare provider between Sydney and Melbourne, situated in the border cities of Albury and Wodonga.
