If you're looking for a busy, rewarding environment where your hard work translates into real results (and real income), this could be your next move.What You'll Be Doing:Manage the complete new car sales process—from online and showroom enquiries to customer satisfactionFollow up on internet leads and in-person visits with professionalism and urgencyUnderstand and communicate the features and benefits of our vehicles with confidenceDeliver top-tier customer service while achieving individual and team sales goalsMaintain accurate data entry and complete necessary documentation efficientlyKeep the showroom and display vehicles in top conditionAdhere to dealership and manufacturer sales processes and standardsBuild long-lasting customer relationships through follow-up and post-sale supportWhat We're Looking For:A natural passion for sales and delivering exceptional customer serviceStrong communication and people skills—building rapport comes easily to youThe ability to learn quickly and stay organised under pressureHigh attention to detail and confidence with digital tools (CRM systems, Microsoft Office, etc.)A professional, polished appearance and a proactive work ethicA current Australian driver's licenceExperience in automotive sales is highly desirable and will be financially rewarded accordingly.
