This role is ideal for a hands-on technician who takes pride in workmanship, values safety and compliance, and enjoys working in a fast-paced dealership service workshop.You will be responsible for diagnosing, servicing, repairing, and maintaining customer and company vehicles to manufacturer and company standards while ensuring high levels of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform scheduled servicing, maintenance, and mechanical repairs on vehiclesDiagnose mechanical, electrical, and electronic faults using diagnostic tools and equipmentCarry out repairs in accordance with manufacturer specifications and workshop proceduresInspect vehicles and identify additional repair or maintenance requirementsComplete job cards, inspection reports,



and service documentation accuratelyEnsure all work complies with WHS requirements, manufacturer standards, and industry regulationsWork collaboratively with Service Advisors, Parts, and Workshop Supervisors to ensure effective workflowParticipate in ongoing technical training and manufacturer certification programs as requiredRequirements & QualificationsEssentialTrade qualification in Automotive Mechanical Technology (Certificate III or equivalent)Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skillsValid Australian Driver's LicenceFull Australian working rights (PR, Citizen or valid work visa)Ability to work independently and as part of a teamStrong attention to detail and effective time management skillsDesirableExperience working in a dealership service workshopExperience servicing EV or hybrid vehicles (training can be provided)Roadworthy Certificate (RWC) accreditationExperience using manufacturer diagnostic software and electronic systemsWhat We OfferCompetitive salary package based on experienceStable full-time employmentSupportive and professional workshop environmentOngoing manufacturer training and career development opportunitiesOpportunity to work with modern vehicles and emerging automotive technologies
