Your new role
As Change Manager, you will support a workforce redesign initiative within the Asset Management function, working closely with senior leaders to transition the business into a new operating model. This is a hands-on role where you will drive practical change outcomes, bridging strategy and execution to ensure successful implementation.
Your responsibilities will include:
Partnering with senior stakeholders to deliver workforce and operating model changes
Translating organisational structures into clear roles, responsibilities, and accountabilities
Developing position descriptions and role documentation
Creating responsibility matrices and defining ways of working across teams
Facilitating workshops to resolve ambiguity, overlap, and competing stakeholder views
Supporting transition planning and embedding of the new operating model
Providing pragmatic, delivery-focused change support in a complex environment
What you'll need to succeed
You will be an experienced Change Manager with a solid track record delivering workforce and organisational change initiatives.
You will bring: Proven experience delivering workforce or operating model redesigns.
Ability to define roles, responsibilities, and ways of working across teams.
Robust stakeholder engagement and influencing skills across multiple levels.
Excellent facilitation skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and resolve differing views.
A practical, outcomes‑driven approach with the ability to deliver in complex environments.
Desirable: Qualifications in business, HR, organisational psychology, or change management.
Prosci or similar change certification.
Experience in asset management, infrastructure, or service delivery environments.
Exposure to business analysis, role mapping, or transition planning.
