As an Assistant Manager at Clark Rubber, you will be responsible for:Supporting the Store Manager in all aspects of the business, ensuring smooth daily operationsLeading by example and coaching your team to success, offering ongoing training and developmentTaking ownership of the day-to-day store operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and staff performanceDriving sales across all product categories,



with a particular focus on Pool Shop and Swimming Pool productsEnsuring that every customer leaves with a fantastic experience and expert adviceThe Ideal CandidatePrevious retail experience in a supervisory or assistant manager roleA minimum of 3 years retail experience is requiredStrong leadership skills, with experience managing and developing a teamA focus on customer service with the ability to lead by exampleStrong organisational skills, including inventory and stock managementA passion for outdoor products and home improvement, particularly pools and pool accessoriesExceptional communication and problem-solving skillsAbility to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasksAustralian work rights are required for this positionWhat's on offer for you?
