Successful applicants will use their building & pest inspection experience and qualifications to conduct pre-purchase and new home construction stage inspections.Job Tasks and ResponsibilitiesPre-purchase building & pest InspectionsConstruction Stage Inspections (non-certifying)Complete detailed assessment reports using our user-friendly softwareNoting building defects, pests, defective building work or maintenance-related issuesProfessional presentation and communication with clients at all times.Skills/Requirements:A registered builder or inspector with a minimum of 3 years of experience (essential)Knowledge of theBuilding Acts, Regulations, Australian Standards and NCCAttention to detail, major as well as minor defectsExcellent verbal and written communication skills as a professionalKeen to work independently, representing our brandMust be able to inspect roof spaces and subfloor areasDrivers License and a reliable carComputer/iPad literateCompetent in plan readingAvailable to travel withinthe Melbourne metro
