The Chance
This is where products come to life.
As a Product Development Technologist, you'll take ideas from concept to commercial product — helping create real food for real people, and bringing products to life that become part of everyday lives.
From the first brief to launch, you'll be part of a team translating marketing briefs into finished products — adding your own creativity and technical abilities to shape formulations, lead trials and work closely with operations, quality and suppliers to bring each product to life.
It's a role for someone who cares about the details, with a focus on quality, consistency and creating products that deliver an exceptional consumer experience.
This is a hands‐on role where you will:
Develop and commercialise new and existing products across Chobani and Gippsland DairyWork end‐to‐end across the NPD lifecycle — from concept through to supermarket shelf,



delivering exceptional food to our consumers.Lead and support trials to bring products into manufacturingPartner with suppliers to source ingredients and build formulationsEnsure technical aspects of products align to Chobani quality, shelf life and sensory requirementsWork closely with operations, quality and marketing to deliver products at paceSupport product performance, quality and consistency throughout launch & shelf life
Your Experience

You're someone who:
Takes ownership and looks for ways to contribute beyond your remitHas 2+ years' experience in product development within FMCGA degree in Food Science, Food Technology or similar; dairy experience will be highly regardedExperience taking products from concept through to commercialisationExposure to factory trials, processing or manufacturing environmentsStrong understanding of ingredients, formulation and product performanceAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast‐paced environment
