This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in driving revenue growth and expanding our market presence.
As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and promoting our comprehensive range of diamond tools and solutions to existing and prospective customers.
This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on the company's success whilst developing your career in a supportive and qualified environment.Key responsibilitiesIdentify, pursue and secure new sales opportunities within your allocated territory or customer baseDevelop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat businessPresent and demonstrate diamond tool products and solutions to potential customers, highlighting key features and benefitsPrepare accurate quotations, proposals and sales documentation in a timely mannerNegotiate contracts and close sales deals whilst maintaining company profitability targetsProvide technical product knowledge and support to clients to ensure they select the most appropriate solutions for their requirementsAchieve and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets and KPIsMaintain accurate records of all client interactions,
