You will work alongside participants, families and the wider support team to promote independence, dignity, choice and inclusion.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide personal care and support with daily living activitiesAssist with meal planning, meal preparation and household tasksSupport participants to attend medical, allied health and community appointmentsFacilitate community access and social participationImplement Positive Behaviour Support Plans (BSP's) strategies and participant support plansRespond calmly and professionally to challenging behaviours where requiredMaintain accurate and progress notes, documentation and incident reportingBuild positive relationships with participants, families and allied health professionalsPromote a safe, respectful and person-centred environementAbout YouYou are compassionate, patient and reliable,
