quote and sell parts to customers with the aim to achieve maximum customer satisfaction and retention.Maintain records of customer contact and keep customers updated on order status and delivery expectations.Attend to the counter, providing technicians with the parts they requestUse best practice purchasing and selling processes to ensure maximum returns and profitability of the business.Inform service advisors daily with a back ordered parts list and any parts that have arrived early and are ready to be fitted.To be considered for the role, you will have:Confident communication skills over the phone, in person and in writingExcellent customer service skills with the ability to upsell and problem solve with both internal and external customersStrong IT skills and attention to detailBe careful - Don't provide your bank or credit card details when applying for jobs.
