Our Mission is to promote the dignity, life and spirituality of older people through connected and inclusive communities.We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Sales Consultant to support sales across our Residential Care Homes.
In this key role, you will manage enquiries, referrals and opportunities through the sales journey, helping prospective residents and families understand their options and transition smoothly from initial enquiry through to admission.This is a great opportunity for an experienced sales qualified who enjoys building relationships, managing a busy pipeline and making a meaningful difference for older Australians and their families.This is a 12 month full time contract based 5 days a week at our Head Office in Macquarie Park.Day to day this role will see you:Managing customer leads and enquiries to support sales targets across allocated HomesActioning referrals received through CRM systems and working closely with relevant internal teamsTracking, following up and progressing opportunities through the end-to-end sales cycleMaintaining accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities and forecasts in the CRMSupporting Homes to manage waitlists and forecast admissions through regular occupancy meetingsExplaining relevant terms, conditions and financial information to prospective residents and familiesWorking with Residential Managers, Administration teams and other stakeholders to remove barriers and support smooth admissionsProviding a positive customer experience through clear,
timely and professional communicationIdentifying process improvements and sharing customer insights to support better outcomesTo be successful in this role you'll need:Proven sales experience, with a strong track record of achieving or exceeding targetsDemonstrated ability to deliver excellent customer service in a busy, customer-facing environmentStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust with families, residents and stakeholdersStrong administrative skills, CRM Management and system accuracyExcellent data entry and record maintenance, documentation and reporting skillsConfidence managing a sales pipeline, following processes and meeting deadlinesExperience using CRM software or sales management tools, with proficiency in Microsoft OfficeAdaptability and resilience to work in a fast-paced and changing environmentKnowledge of aged care, healthcare or community services would be highly regardedWhat we can offer you:Not-for-profit tax benefits so you pay less taxFitness Passport discounted gym benefitsA values-based organisation that welcomes applicants from all faiths and backgroundsCatholic Healthcare is a values-based organisation that welcomes applicants from all faiths and backgrounds.
