If you are looking to learn the broader skills associated with business analysis, this will be the right environment for you.The main accountabilities of the role include:Analyse current business processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and recommend ICT-based solutionsEngage with stakeholders to gather, clarify and document business requirementsPrepare key project documentation including functional specifications, report specifications, process models, wireframes and user guidesDevelop business process models and workflow diagrams to support system design and improvement initiativesPrepare and execute test plans and test cases for software enhancements and new implementationsCoordinate User Acceptance Testing with end users and project team members across Australia and New ZealandDevelop and deliver end-user training materials,



project documentation and knowledgebase contentProvide business analysis support to stakeholders and ensure solutions meet business needsThe successful candidate will be involved in all phases of the project development lifecycle, as well as support and training.Mandatory requirementsPreferably Australian Resident / CitizenAustralian Degree qualified in information technology, Business, Computer Science or related disciplineMinimum 3 years plus experience working as a Business Analyst in a similar roleProven experience analysing business processes and developing functional specificationsExperience with ERP/CRM systems and business process modelling toolsExperience preparing test plans, test cases and coordinating UATExperience developing training materials and user documentationStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsAbility to travel interstate and internationally as requiredOther key selection criteria:Excellent written and oral English language skills.Degree in Information Technology.Quick learner who is happy to work independently or in a team.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with good attention to detail.Demonstrated ability to communicate and work effectively with people from all levels of business.Experience with functional requirements, requirements traceability, software testing and preparation of test plans would be highly regarded.Knowledge Project Management Methodologies and the SDLC would be highly regarded.Please note that this job role requires attendance at our Rowville offices.
