Ochre Medical Centre LancefieldCore Responsibilities:Ensure the Practice provides best practice primary health care to the communityEnsure process and systems are in accordance with National Standards for AccreditationManage team performance of practice clinical and non-clinical employeesSource and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, health providers, and community organisationsDevelop and implement a practice business plan which will enhance further an already high standard of patient health outcomes while driving financial sustainabilityEssential Criteria:Previous experience in management (any industry, ideally 3 - 5+ years' experience working with multidisciplinary teams will be highly regarded)Experience in financial management and reporting processesGood working knowledge of the Medicare ScheduleStrength in building customer and stakeholder relationshipsAbility to manage a diverse range of Team members and contractorsDemonstrated patient-focused approach in service provisionExcellent interpersonal and communication skills
