As a Mental Health Clinician, you will play a pivotal role in supporting consumers during acute episodes and throughout their recovery journey.
You will deliver a broad range of clinical and therapeutic interventions, working collaboratively with consumers, families and carers.This role involves both urgent and routine assessments, safety planning and delivering evidence-based, trauma-informed care tailored to individual needs.
You will contribute to a holistic, person-centred approach that recognises the importance of lived experience and family involvement.Working across community and bed-based settings, you will be part of a dynamic team committed to delivering safe, effective and culturally sensitive care.Key ResponsibilitiesYou will:Conduct comprehensive mental health and risk assessmentsDeliver evidence-based clinical and therapeutic interventionsProvide care coordination and recovery-focused supportWork collaboratively with consumers, families and carersFacilitate access to appropriate services and supportsContribute to multidisciplinary care planning and reviewsMaintain accurate and timely clinical documentationParticipate in clinical supervision and quality improvement activitiesWorking Together | We will respond to challenges together to create a safe,
