This role is available onsite, with the possibility of a hybrid remote arrangement for the right, highly experienced applicant after the initial 6 month period (strict conditions apply).
About the RoleYou will manage a full conveyancing file end-to-end, working autonomously while also being part of a supportive and collaborative team.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone confident in all stages of a conveyancing transaction and comfortable running matters independently.Key ResponsibilitiesEnd-to-end management of conveyancing files including:PurchasesTransfersSubdivisionsLiaising with clients, agents, lenders, councils, and other professionalsDrafting clear, accurate and professional legal correspondenceManaging settlements via PEXAEnsuring compliance with all legislative and procedural requirementsMeeting deadlines while maintaining a high standard of workAbout You3–5+ years' full-time experience working in conveyancingProven experience managing files from start to finishComprehensive knowledge of DOL (Victoria)
