Laynhapuy Homelands Aboriginal Corporation (Laynha) is seeking a motivated and capable Ward Facilitator to join the Yirralka Rangers team.This is a unique opportunity to work alongside Yolŋu Traditional Owners and Rangers, supporting the delivery of cultural and natural resource management activities across the Laynhapuy Indigenous Protected Area (IPA).

We deliver essential services including healthcare, aged care, housing,community services, and land and sea management.About the Yirralka RangersThe Yirralka Rangers work with Yolŋu Traditional Owners to protect and manage Country across the Laynhapuy Indigenous Protected Area.
Their work includes fire management, weed and pest animal control, threatened species protection, visitor management, cultural site protection, and supporting the transfer of traditional knowledge to future generations.About the RoleAs a Ward Facilitator, you will work closely with Management, Rangers and Traditional Owners to coordinate on-country activities, mentor Rangers, and help deliver practical conservation and cultural land management programs.In this role, you will:Support Yolŋu Rangers and Traditional Owners to deliver Caring for Country activitiesCoordinate field trips,
