Position Overview:We are seeking a Management Accountant to provide accurate financial reports, insights and analysis to support decision making and drive business growth.
This is a part-time, permanent position and is a comprehensive role responsible for the accurate accounting of Birds Basement Pty Ltd.Key Responsibilities:Timely reconciliations and reporting for the company, ensuring full integrity of the ticketing, purchasing, sales and merchant facility systems to our ERP Netsuite general ledgerEnsuring compliance with the group's expenditure and treasury policiesWorking with our accounts officer to maintain accuracy of the AP and AR ledgersMonth end stocktakes with associated inventory and cost of goods sold reportingBanking and cash management tasksReporting artist performance feesProviding assistance to the GM re maintenance of onsite systems - ordermate , tyro, me&uYear; end workpapersBAS reportingRequirements:Food and beverage accounting expertiseMinimum of 2 years of experience as a management accountant for an entire company's general ledgerStrong systems, inventory and accounting technical skillsExperience with Netsuite or similar ERP accounting software preferredAdvanced excel skills and a solid understanding of the expenditure cycleCPA or CA program commenced or completed preferredAbility to work independently and as part of a teamExcellent communication and time management skillsHigh attention to detail and accuracyWhy Work for Us:We value our employees and provide a supportive and cooperative work environment.
