Reporting to the Food & Beverage Outlets Manager, you will be responsible for the efficient and smooth shift operation of the Restaurant, Cafe, Bar and Room Service, while ensuring a high level of guest and team satisfaction.You will form part of the Food & Beverage leadership team providing ongoing support,training and development toteam members.This is a dynamic role working in the outlet'soperations.Work closely with theFood & Beverage Outlets Manager,Director of Food & Beverage and Hotel Manager to support revenue initiatives and maintain cost controlsAssist in the recruitment,
