You'll be based at one of our customer's sites, acting as the key link between the customer, delivery partners and Team Global Express to ensure freight is coordinated safely, efficiently and on time.This role requires someone who enjoys working both in the office and on the warehouse floor and is confident leading day-to-day transport operations.Working hours: 7.00am-3.00pmWhat You'll DoCoordinate daily freight allocations to delivery vehiclesPrepare and stage freight for dispatch and check for damageBuild strong working relationships with the customer and delivery partnersCoordinate backup vehicles and manage daily operational requirementsMonitor driver performance, attendance and complianceDeliver toolbox talks and support driver trainingEnsure deliveries are completed within agreed service levelsRespond to customer enquiries and resolve operational issuesMonitor scanning compliance, POD retrieval and operational reportingAssist with warehouse duties, stock on hand management and freight returnsMaintain compliance with safety, Chain of Responsibility (CoR) and customer proceduresWhat You'll BringPrevious experience in transport,
