PROPERTY MAINTENANCE MANAGERPosition OverviewWe are seeking an experienced, proactive, and reliable Property Maintenance Manager to join Phillip Island Host as a key member of our team.
This is a full-time position managing 100+ short-term rental properties across the Phillip Island region.
You will be the boots on the ground—hands-on, independent, and committed to delivering 5-star property standards and exceptional owner and guest experiences.Key ResponsibilitiesDaily property inspections and maintenance checksPerforming small maintenance and repairs (plumbing, electrical, appliances, general upkeep)Gas bottle replacements, bin management, and waste coordinationPurchasing and managing supplies and maintenance materialsProactive communication with property owners regarding status updates and maintenance issuesGuest communication and problem-solving during staysEnsuring properties meet our 5-star management standards at all timesCoordinating with our cleaning team and other operational staffWhat We Are Looking ForHands-on,
