Our people come from many different cultures and backgrounds and have skills ranging from farming and quality control to engineering and poultry processing.About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to join our poultry processing operations at our Lockwood site.This is a key operational leadership position responsible for the day-to-day performance of a production area, bringing together people leadership, production delivery, safety,



food quality and continuous improvement.Working closely with Production, Quality Assurance, Maintenance and HR, you will ensure production targets are achieved safely and efficiently while maintaining high standards of food safety, quality and compliance.You will be highly visible on the production floor, leading your team from the front, responding to operational challenges and identifying opportunities to improve productivity, reduce waste and strengthen overall performance.Key ResponsibilitiesLead daily production operations to achieve targets across safety, efficiency, yield, quality and outputPlan and coordinate labour and resources to meet production requirementsMonitor production performance, downtime and operational issues and take timely corrective actionLead, coach and develop employees, building capability, accountability and engagement across the teamEnsure compliance with SOPs, GMP, HACCP, food safety and hygiene requirementsWork closely with QA to address non-conformances, quality concerns and corrective actionsPartner with Maintenance to minimise downtime and support equipment reliability and preventative maintenanceDrive continuous improvement initiatives to improve productivity, efficiency and reduce wastePromote a robust safety culture and ensure compliance with OH&S; requirementsSupport risk assessments, incident investigations and implementation of preventative actionsMonitor labour, materials and equipment utilisation to support cost-effective productionMaintain accurate production, downtime,
