You'll join a team that gives you the tools, the support and the trust to manage your files your way.What You'll DoManage your own portfolio of residential, commercial and off-the-plan conveyancing files end to endPrepare and review contracts, and explain the process clearly to clients along the wayBe the go-to expert on Victorian property legislation, compliance and processCoordinate with clients, agents, brokers, lenders and solicitors to keep things movingRun settlements through PEXA and our digital platformsFlag risks early and help us keep improving how we workManage a caseload that's busy but realistic,



with paralegal and admin support so you're not doing it aloneWhat You'll BringLicensed Conveyancer or Practising Certificate, requiredMinimum 2–3 years' conveyancing experience running your own filesSolid grasp of VIC property law, contracts and the end-to-end conveyancing processConfidence with PEXA (experience with triConvey is a bonus, not a must)Solid communication skills — you can explain the complex stuff simply, even when things get busySomeone who's organised, reliable and takes pride in getting the details rightWhy Join Us?
