Working closely with the Financial Accountant and Finance Manager, you'll play a key role in maintaining the integrity of ARB's domestic division, MITS Alloy's financial reporting and supporting the broader business through timely and accurate financial information.This diverse role provides exposure to month-end reporting, reconciliations, statutory compliance, financial analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.

and taxation obligations (BAS, PAYG, FBT)Facilitate audit activities to support the internal audit program.Provide financial analysis and accurate information to support business decision-makingPartner with stakeholders across Finance and the broader business to resolve issues and deliver outcomesIdentify and implement process improvements while strengthening internal controlsContribute to ad hoc finance projects and continuous improvement initiatives across the organisationTo be successful in this role you will possess the following attributes:3+ years' accounting experience with a tertiary qualification in Accounting, Finance, or a related disciplineCA or CPA qualified, or currently working towards professional accreditationStrong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and month-end processesIntermediate to advanced Excel skills, with experience using lookups, pivot tables, and analysing financial dataHighly developed analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skillsExcellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively and independently in a deadline-driven environmentAt ARB, we're not just a brand; we're a lifestyle.
