They're a highly people-focused organisation that values teamwork, wellbeing, and connection, and they're looking for someone to play a key role in keeping their site secure, organised, and people-oriented.The RoleThis is a genuinely varied, hands-on role combining workplace safety, people & culture support and operational administration.
Working closely with site leadership and supported by the Head of People & Culture and HR team, you'll play an important part in maintaining a safe workplace and a positive employee experience.On the safety side, you'll develop and maintain WHS policies, procedures, and safe work instructions, and conduct safety inspections, hazard identification, and risk assessments.
You'll lead incident reporting, investigations, and corrective actions, coordinate return-to-work and injured worker management processes, and deliver WHS inductions, toolbox talks, and safety training.
You'll also oversee emergency management planning and equipment compliance.You'll provide people and culture support by coordinating onboarding activities such as police checks, medicals, inductions, and training,



and offering first-level support for employee queries, leave, and HR administration.On the facilities side, you'll manage contractors and suppliers for building maintenance and site services, oversee essential services compliance, waste, utilities, and general site upkeep.Your BackgroundPrevious experience in workplace safety or WHS coordination in a manufacturing environment.Certificate IV in Work Health & SafetyExperience coordinating return-to-work and injured worker management processes is highly regardedBackground in administration, HR support, facilities, or operational support is preferredStrong organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple prioritiesA confident, practical, and proactive communicatorAble to work autonomously while building strong relationships across teamsWhat's on OfferA diverse, hands-on role where no two days look the same, spanning safety, people, and site operations within a growing manufacturing business.
