Join a respected multidisciplinary consultancy that offers planning, landscape architecture and arboriculture services across NSW. Due to significant growth and the recent acquisition of a major client, our client is seeking a Planner to join their team-oriented Sydney team. This is an outstanding prospect to build your expertise in complying development and approval pathways while learning from experienced industry professionals.

The Role

Working closely with Senior Planners and the Directors, you will assist in delivering planning advice and navigating approval pathways for residential and commercial developments across NSW.

Responsibilities
Prepare planning assessments and planning advice.
Assist with CDC applications and approval pathways.
Liaise with clients, certifiers, consultants and stakeholders.
Conduct site investigations and planning research.




Support project delivery from inception through to approval.
Monitor legislative and policy changes impacting development.

About You

Qualifications in Urban Planning, Town Planning or similar.
Experience within the NSW planning system.
Exposure to CDCs, approval pathways or statutory planning.
Solid written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage competing priorities.
Motivated, proactive and eager to develop your career.
