Transurban in Sydney (Eastern Creek or CBD) is seeking experienced Collections Officers for 6-month fixed-term positions within the Credit team. An immediate start is available with training provided onsite at our Eastern Creek or CBD offices.

You will handle inbound/outbound calls, negotiate payments, assess accounts for risk, support hardship cases, and work with internal teams and external agencies to secure compliant outcomes.
