We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Administrator to support a short-term supplier master data uplift project within Oracle. This is an excellent prospect for a junior candidate, including someone on a Working Holiday Visa, looking to gain experience in a skilled corporate environment.

What you'll need to succeed
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Previous data entry, administration, or back-office support experience.
Comfortable working with systems and updating records.
Ability to follow instructions and complete repetitive tasks efficiently.
Good organisational and time management skills.
Experience with Oracle or Accounts Payable data is beneficial but not essential.

Key Responsibilities




Update and maintain supplier master data within Oracle.
Perform high-volume data entry and data cleansing activities.
Review, amend, and validate Accounts Payable and supplier records.
Follow established instructions and processes to ensure data accuracy.
Assist with data quality improvement initiatives.
Maintain confidentiality and accuracy when handling financial and supplier information.
