You will be on our frontline with our residents – which can be challenging but is also rewarding when achieving positive outcomes for our residents.You will be responsible for ensuring our residents well-being and delivering care to the highest standard.
We are committed to our residents and our employees and encourage our staff to commit to working safely within their teams.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver safe and effective clinical care in accordance with individual care plansDevelop, implement, and evaluate resident care plansAdminister medications and treatments accurately and safelyMaintain high-quality clinical documentation and recordsSupport residents living with Dementia and those requiring Palliative CareAdhere to infection prevention and control practicesPromote a culture of safety, dignity, and respectAbout YouTo be successful, you will have:Current AHPRA Registration as a Registered NursePrevious experience in Aged CareStrong understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards and regulationsKnowledge of AN-ACC funding and assessmentsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsConfidence using electronic clinical systems and documentation platformsAbility to work autonomously and collaborativelyCurrent NDIS Worker Screening ClearanceAt CraigCare, diversity, inclusion, and respect are at the heart of who we are.
