This role reports directly to Operations Managers and ensures the smooth running of the kitchen on a day-to-day basis.DutiesPreparation and cooking of meals as per the set menuEnsure meals are of high quality with excellent presentationCommunicating with Site Manager and Facility staffProvide supervision and direction to Kitchen StaffEnsure safe food handling and hygiene practices are maintainedCompletion of food safety documentationAdhere to budgets,
